Youth Ambassador Program

South Australia’s Youth Export Ambassador Program (Ye@) is an initiative supported by the South Australian Government to assist young entrepreneurs in gaining a greater understanding of the export process.

Each student chosen for the program is required to develop an export project with a South Australian company, with the assistance of an Export Champion. Through this process, students acquire a range of skills and knowledge including:

  • Confronting and overcoming the challenges of exporting.
  • The value of relationships in business.
  • The relevance of specialist export skills and targeted marketing strategies.

In addition to providing export-specific skills, Ye@ assists in building self-esteem and preparing young people for the workforce.
