Innovate SA is a South Australian business builder.
Formerly known as the South Australian Centre for Innovation, Innovate SA’s
prime objective is to foster innovation and facilitate growth among emerging and established businesses.
It provides a range of high level services and programs to selected industry sectors, with the goal of developing globally competitive businesses.
Innovate SA is a partnership with universities, industry and the South Australian government.
Innovate SA stands alone as a statutory body, supported by the Department of Trade and Economic Development and guided by a Board of Directors.
Chaired by David Simmons, the Board represents partner groups and business people with global experience in developing new markets and competition.
Innovate SA assists firms develop innovative products, services and business models -by providing independent advice, diagnostic services, assistance with grant funding and referrals.
It helps early stage businesses attract investment capital and mature enterprises wanting to adapt to globalisation and other factors.
