Case Management
The South Australian Government’s case management service aims to simplify the interactions between government and investors in major projects.
Case management provides a single point of contact for investors with Government and provides guidance on the steps required to invest.
A case manager facilitates relationships and works to balance the commercial aspects of a project with the due processes of government.
They provide high-level department support and ensure that key projects maintain their priority status across government.
There are currently 30 projects, with an estimated value of over $8 billion, being handled by the case management team. Find out more about the case management service by watching the video.

What is the criteria to qualify for Case Management?
-
Are you a private sector investor who wants to initiate a major project in South Australia that is valued at more than $10 million?
-
Will your project raise multiple licensing, regulatory, planning and operational requirements that need to be worked through with Government?
-
Will your project involve multiple stakeholders across Local, State and Federal Governments, Regional Development Boards and Industry?
-
Will your project contribute to the targets of South Australia's Strategic Plan or other government objectives?
If you have answered yes to all of these questions your project may qualify for the South Australian Government's case management service. Projects that are valued at less than $10 million may still qualify depending on the complexity and sensitivity.
